What is Occupational Therapy?

“Occupational therapy helps you live your best life at home, at work – and everywhere else. It’s about being able to do the things you want and have to do. That could mean helping you overcome challenges learning at school, going to work, playing sport or simply doing the dishes. Everything is focused on your wellbeing and your ability to participate in activities.”

Who are We?

The OT Zone is an autonomous, privately-owned Occupational Therapy practice dedicated to providing exceptional and personalized services aimed at enhancing the well-being of people facing debilitating conditions or illnesses. Our primary goal is to deliver high-quality care that contributes to the improvement of individuals' lives, fostering independence and meaningful participation in their everyday activities.

Our Occupational Therapists work full time with:

  • a wide range of medical conditions and diseases

  • different cultures and backgrounds

  • physical and psychological problems

  • different age ranges

Our occupational therapists thoroughly evaluate the impact of an individual's physical and mental well-being, as well as their social surroundings, on their capacity to engage in daily routines and maintain autonomy. These activities encompass personal care, social interaction, household responsibilities, and employment.

We also work closely with solicitors, businesses, socials services and tertiary services.

To ensure high-quality care for our clients, our dedicated therapists receive ongoing supervision and comprehensive evaluations, allowing them to continuously enhance their skills and expertise in providing exceptional treatment.
